How is trade pricing calculated?

Quotes reflect the selected lamps, order size and delivery requirements. Published automatic savings apply where shown; larger or mixed-model projects can be quoted separately.

Can you help source a related lamp or finish?

Yes. Share a reference and what you would like to change. We will confirm whether a current model fits or a production review is needed.

Are the lamps suitable for the U.S. market?

Wall-plug models are configured for U.S. 110–120V outlets. USB models use the input specified on their product page. All lamps require continuous external power and contain no battery.

Can you provide UL or ETL documentation?

Certification varies by model and production batch. If a named listing is required, request the exact documentation for the selected model before placing the order.
