By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from the website. You must provide accurate account, billing, shipping and contact information and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or violate applicable law.

Product information

We work to keep product photographs, dimensions, materials, colors, electrical specifications, prices and availability accurate. Natural materials, handmade finishes and screens can create reasonable variation. The exact product page, selected variant, product label and written order confirmation control. Contact us before purchase if a dimension, finish, voltage or certification document is critical to the project.

Orders, pricing and availability

An order is subject to acceptance, payment verification, stock and any required fraud review. We may contact you to correct an obvious pricing or product-information error, confirm a specification or decline and refund an order we cannot fulfill. Quantity discounts and promotions follow the conditions shown in the cart or checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Products carry the two-year limited warranty described on our Warranty, Voltage & Certification page. Large, custom and project orders may have additional written terms agreed before payment.

Intellectual property

The Tavilume name, website design, original copy, graphics and other store content may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where the content belongs to a product manufacturer or another identified rights holder.

Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment, analytics, communications and delivery providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Tavilume is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or use contrary to published specifications.
