Two-year limited warranty
Tavilume products include a two-year limited warranty from the delivery date against verified defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, bulbs or other consumables, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation or use with an incompatible voltage.
For a warranty claim, email support@tavilume.com with the order number, product label, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may offer troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy after review.
U.S. voltage and plugs
Products supplied for the U.S. market are configured for 110–120V use and a U.S. plug where applicable. Always follow the voltage, wattage, bulb and installation information shown on the exact product page and product label.
UL, ETL and other certification documents
Certification and safety documentation can vary by model, electrical configuration and production batch. Tavilume does not claim that every lamp is universally UL listed or ETL listed. If a residential, hospitality, commercial or design project requires a named listing, laboratory report or other document, contact us with the exact product and required standard before purchase. We will confirm only the documentation that applies to that exact model and batch.
Safe use
- Use only the voltage and bulb type specified for the lamp.
- Disconnect power before cleaning, changing a bulb or inspecting the product.
- Keep electrical components dry and stop use if the cord, plug or fitting is damaged.
- Use a qualified electrician when a product or local code requires professional installation.
