Dispatch & transit. Standard orders dispatch within 7 calendar days of order confirmation, after payment and required verification are complete. Standard transit is estimated at 14–21 calendar days after dispatch; total delivery is about 21–28 calendar days from order confirmation.

Delivery & import costs. Standard parcels are delivered to your doorstep. Orders identified as Oversized/Freight may be delivered curbside, with the method disclosed before purchase. Tavilume covers export/import clearance, import duties and import taxes. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is shown at checkout.

Custom or wholesale orders. A different lead time may be confirmed in writing before purchase. Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states remains free.

30-day return requests. Contact us before returning an item. Standard returns must be new, unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Returns go to China. Non-quality return shipping is paid by the customer; Tavilume covers pre-approved return shipping for verified defects, shipping damage or incorrect items when a return is required.

Refunds & warranty. For approved returns, we initiate refunds within 10 calendar days after the return is inspected and accepted. Bank posting time is separate. Lamps have a two-year limited warranty; full terms and exclusions apply.
